Netherlands (Kingdom of the) has been a party of the Convention of Biological Diversity (CBD) since 1994, has been a party of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety since 2003 and has been a party of the Nagoya Protocol on Access and Benefit-sharing since 2016.
